On April 15, 2010, Morvillo Abramowitz Partner Jonathan S. Sack participated in a panel discussion on "Enforcement and Reform in the Wake of the Financial Crisis," a CLE program sponsored by the Center on Financial Services Law at New York Law School. The topics discussed included government enforcement priorities and actions that have resulted from the financial crisis, along with how proposed reforms will affect future enforcement. Mr. Sack, the only defense attorney panelist, addressed these issues from the perspective of the private bar.
