On Monday, October 15, 2012 Morvillo Abramowitz Partner Jodi Misher Peikin co-chaired “Insider Trading 2012: Trends & Developments in the Investigation, Prosecution & Defense of Insider Trading Cases,” a CLE program sponsored by the CLE Committee of the New York City Bar. Insider trading continues to be one of the highest enforcement priorities for both the SEC and DOJ.
