On Wednesday, March 6, 2013 Morvillo Abramowitz Partner Jonathan Sack served on the faculty of the American Bar Association's 27th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime. Mr. Sack participated in a panel entitled "Beyond Boilerplate: Making Motions Work," which focused on pretrial motions and recent examples of successful motions that made a difference. The panel covered topics including: Brady v. Maryland, pretrial motions to dismiss indictments, motions in limine, and the Government's use of such motions to limit the defense.
