Jodi Misher Peikin

Jodi Misher Peikin has more than twenty years of experience. Jodi’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and regulatory enforcement. She has significant experience in defending individuals and corporations under investigation, or charged with misconduct, by the Department of Justice, state and local prosecutors, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Jodi's representations have involved allegations of securities fraud, accounting fraud, bank fraud, insider trading, health care and medicare fraud, and theft of trade secrets. She also has conducted internal investigations for corporations and brokerage firms. In addition, she has represented financial institutions and individuals in arbitrations, complex civil litigation, and on appeal.
