Employment Agreements Under (Dis)stress

Many businesses are facing the need to reduce costs as a result of the coronavirus and its economic impact. For many businesses, that means cutting salaries sharply. For an individual with an employment contract, a substantial cut in pay could implicate a number of rights under that contract.
