Careers

Lawyers

We are a firm of approximately 40 attorneys with a practice devoted exclusively to litigation, including white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement proceedings, and complex civil litigation.

The partners and counsel at our firm have a broad range of prior experience in government service, including with the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Of our sixteen partners, ten are alumni of United States Attorney’s Offices, and these include two Criminal Division Chiefs, a Chief Appellate Attorney, a Deputy Chief Appellate Attorney, a Co-Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force, a Co-Chief of the Civil Frauds Unit, and a Chief of Health Care Fraud Prosecutions. Our ranks also include a former Regional Administrator of the SEC, as well as partners who served as special counsel in numerous sensitive federal and state investigations. Many of our partners, counsel, and associates are also former law clerks to distinguished federal judges throughout the country.

Associates participate in all aspects of our cases. We offer a unique level of responsibility that not only is commensurate with the experience you have acquired during your clerkship, but also will provide you with an immediate opportunity to develop further your skills and experience as an attorney. We welcome employment inquiries from qualified lawyers. Interested lawyers should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript to hiringpartner@maglaw.com.
