National Institute on Corporate Investigations and In-House Counsel

On May 7, 2010, Morvillo Abramowitz Partner Jonathan S. Sack participated in a panel discussion on the "Representation of Individuals in Internal Investigations" as part of the ABA's National Institute on Corporate Investigations and In-House Counsel in Washington, D.C. The topics discussed included the following: conflicts of interest, disclosure of information by company counsel, advancement and indemnification of legal fees, representing employee targets of investigations and cooperating with internal investigations.
