On Thursday, December 6, 2012, Morvillo Abramowitz Partners Jonathan S. Sack and Richard D. Weinberg served as panelists on a plenary session at the 2012 National Law Journal Regulatory Summit, presented by The National Law Journal and American Lawyer Media. The day-long informational summit showcased the brightest minds shaping today's regulatory law, and provided opportunities to hear from the top federal regulators, legislators, law firms and lobbyists, who covered everything an in-house counsel should know going into 2013. Morvillo Abramowitz presented a panel entitled “Managing a Government Investigation: Strategies to Keep Regulation from Becoming Litigation,” which covered strategies for handling government investigations and preventing them from becoming full-blown litigation.
