On Friday, October 18, Morvillo Abramowitz Partner Jeremy Temkin will moderate a panel at the 2013 Federal Criminal Practice Institute titled “Pre-Trial Issues Continued: Brady, Pretrial Discovery,” sponsored by NYCLA and The Federal Bar Council. Mr. Temkin will be joined by Benjamin Brafman, Brafman and Associates, James A. Mitchell, Ballard Spahr Stillman & Friedman LLP, and Marc Agnifilo, Brafman and Associates, P.C. The 2013 Federal Criminal Practice Institute will focus on state criminal practitioners seeking to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and develop a federal criminal practice. It will also offer developments on the latest issues in the Second Circuit, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
