Challenging Ethical Issues in High Profile White Collar Cases

On Friday, March 4, 2022, partner Elkan Abramowitz will moderate a panel entitled “Challenging Ethical Issues in High Profile White Collar Cases” at the American Bar Association’s 37th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime in San Francisco. The panel will address First Amendment challenges and their impact on criminal cases, including gag orders and social media, as well as some of the privilege challenges in recent years.
