ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

On September 15th, Morvillo Abramowitz partner Richard F. Albert will participate in a panel entitled “Criminal Antitrust Enforcement of ‘No-Poach’ Agreements” at the ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting. This panel will discuss the DOJ’s reinvigorated Antitrust Division and its active criminal crackdown on “no-poach” agreements, in particular.  The panel will also discuss the background of the criminal “no-poach” initiative, an update on recent criminal “no-poach” and wage-fixing prosecutions, and a survey of key legal issues in “no-poach” cases.
