Lisa Zornberg will speak at the Federal Bar Council’s 2026 Winter Bench and Bar Conference in the Dominican Republic, participating in the CLE program “Cryptocurrency Law: Recent Developments and Emerging Trends.” Moderated by U.S. Magistrate Judge Ramón Reyes Jr., the panel will feature Lisa alongside Danielle Sassoon, Jorge Tenreiro, and Ryan VanGrack.
Lisa will discuss the evolution of cryptocurrency regulation in the United States, including the SEC’s enforcement approach to digital assets and the landmark SEC v. Ripple litigation, in which she represented Ripple Labs. The panel will also address emerging issues involving federal cryptocurrency legislation, state-level enforcement, and anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements applicable to digital assets.
