We are pleased to share that Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason and Anello PC partners Karen King and Catherine Foti participated in the New York City Bar Association’s annual CLE program on professional responsibility and legal ethics.
Karen joined a distinguished panel of practitioners to discuss key ethical issues facing in-house counsel, including representing corporate and individual constituents, navigating uncooperative constituents and their personal counsel, and addressing risks when constituents bypass internal corporate controls. Catherine served as a program chair for the event.
