A June 19 New York Law Journal article, “Lawyers' Pro Bono Hours, Contributions, Will Be Public,” touched on the varying reactions to a recent mandate that would require public pro bono disclosures from New York attorneys. Morvillo Abramowitz Counsel Barbara Moses in her capacity as New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA) President comments in the article that although the association has not yet taken a position, the mandatory disclosure might trouble some lawyers.
