Lochte and his fellow team members, Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger, and James Feigen had conflicting accounts of the alleged robbery, prompting suspicion over whether the swimmers are telling the truth. Although a Brazilian judge ordered Lochte and Feigen not to leave Brazil, federal police say Lochte returned to the United States.
