David Richards has been an associate at Morvillo Abramowitz since 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Eric Komitee in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. David received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017, where he received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize (the school’s highest academic honor) and was a James Kent Scholar. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, David spent 5 years at multiple international law firms in New York.
