Saba joined the firm in 2025 and serves as the Human Resources Director. She is a results-driven leader with extensive management and human resources experience across the U.S. and Europe. Saba is known for building strong, lasting relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, coaching business leaders, and applying a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges.
She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Barnard College, Columbia University, and has received HR certifications from Cornell University.
