Melissa Morgan joined Morvillo Abramowitz as an associate in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for Justice Rachel Wainer Apter of the New Jersey Supreme Court and completed a litigation fellowship at Pregnancy Justice. Melissa graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for Justice Rachel Wainer Apter of the New Jersey Supreme Court and completed a litigation fellowship at Pregnancy Justice, a nonprofit reproductive justice organization. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.
