International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators Fall Meeting

On December 5-6, the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators hosted its fall meeting in New York City. Partner Jonathan Sack is a fellow with the Academy and participated in the meeting along with Fellows from the United States and around the world to discuss developments in civil and criminal financial litigation.  The meeting considered, among other topics, enforcement trends and policies in the United States and the impact on enforcement and activity in other countries.  The Academy was privileged to hear from former Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell who shared observations on developments in white-collar criminal enforcement.
