On Thursday, August 2, 2018, counsel Curtis B. Leitner will speak on a panel sponsored by Dartmouth Lawyers Association and the Women of Dartmouth New York City Professional Development Committee entitled, “The Impact of #MeToo.” The panel will discuss confidentiality agreements and sexual harassment claims; employer liability for the sexual harassment of employees; the social politics of consent on campus and beyond; and cultural discourse surrounding justice, responsibility, and the #MeToo movement.
