On October 25th, Morvillo Abramowitz partner Christopher B. Harwood will take part in a live webinar entitled “Staying Off the DOJ’s Radar and On a Forward-Moving Deal Path: Diligence and Compliance for Private Equity Investing in Health Care,” hosted in our offices in conjunction with Gryphon.
