Kefira Wilderman represents individuals and organizations in all phases of federal and state criminal, civil, and regulatory matters.
Kefira is an Update Editor of the two-volume treatise: White Collar Crime: Business and Regulatory Offenses (Law Journal Press) and has co-authored and contributed to articles in publications including the New York Law Journal, The Anti-Corruption Report, and The Insider Blog on Forbes.com. She also has contributed to annual updates to the treatise Civil Practice in the Southern District of New York, 2d Ed. (Thomson Reuters) and to the Chapter entitled “White Collar Crime” of the treatise Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts (Thomson Reuters). Kefira is a member of the Federal Bar Council; served as non-voting secretary to the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Professional Discipline from 2004-2006; and was a member of the Federal Bar Council American Inn of Court from 2003-2006.
Kefira served as a Volunteer Attorney at NYLAG’s Clinic for Pro Se Litigants from 2022-2023 where she provided limited scope legal assistance to pro se litigants in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Kefira is a graduate of Northwestern University and a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law where she was a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and a Bluhm Legal Clinic student attorney.
