Restitution Issues in High-Profile White-Collar Settlements

 On Thursday, October 28th, partner Jonathan S. Sack will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association’s 36^th National Institute on White Collar Crime.  The panel, entitled “Restitution Issues in High-Profile White-Collar Settlements,” will discuss this increasingly challenging aspect of white collar defense strategy and the issues that arise under the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act, the Crime Victims Rights Act and recent caselaw.
