Abbe R. Ben-David joined Morvillo Abramowitz as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Abbe received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the American Criminal Law Review and graduated cum laude. She received her B.B.A. from Pace University in 2016 where she graduated summa cum laude. Prior to her clerkship, Abbe spent one year at an international law firm located in New York.
